David Stuart Seltzer
Managing Partner
David Seltzer is the Managing Partner at Seltzer Mayberg, LLC. With over two decades of experience, David is a nationally recognized criminal defense attorney with a specialized focus on cybercrimes in both state and federal courts. David found his firm on the client-first mentality. In 2013, a client came to David for a referral, and when later asked how it went, the response was, “It was not you.” David immediately said he could rectify that, and Seltzer Mayberg, LLC was born.
As a former prosecutor in the Cyber Crimes Unit at the Miami-Dade State Attorney’s Office, David has litigated cases from both sides of the aisle, giving him a unique and strategic edge in defense work. He brings an insider’s perspective to complex criminal investigations, often involving cutting-edge technology, digital forensics, and high-stakes federal prosecutions.
David is known for his relentless advocacy, creative legal strategies, and unwillingness to accept “no” for an answer. Whether navigating nuanced statutes or redefining what’s possible under the law, he is often the attorney clients call when the stakes are highest, and the path forward isn’t obvious. A 2004 graduate of the University of Miami School of Law, David began his legal career at the Miami-Dade State Attorney’s Office, where he gained extensive trial experience early on. He dabbles in Spanish and French and frequently represents clients from diverse international backgrounds.
David is admitted to practice law in Florida, New York, Colorado, and the District of Columbia, and is a respected member of multiple state and national legal organizations. He is routinely admitted pro hac vice into various jurisdictions to handle matters

Menachem M. Mayberg is a founding partner at Seltzer Mayberg, LLC, also known as OneCallLegal.com, a full-service law firm headquartered in Miami and serving clients across the United States, and one of Miami’s most dynamic and fast-growing law firms. A 1999 graduate of the University of Miami School of Law, Menachem (also known as “Mendy”), began his career as a Miami-Dade Public Defender, where he spent years vigorously defending clients in criminal court. His early trial experience sharpened his courtroom instincts and developed his deep understanding of how to advocate effectively, skills that now set him apart in the world of civil litigation.
Today, Mendy oversees the firm’s thriving civil practice, representing clients across a wide range of matters, from high-stakes litigation to complex business disputes. Whether he’s advocating for plaintiffs or defending against claims, his command of language, persuasive writing, and sharp legal analysis consistently stand out. A graduate of Hofstra Law School, Suzanne began her legal career in 2005 when the Miami-Dade State Attorney’s Office hired her. She served for ten years, including several in a specialized insurance fraud unit, where she handled complex, high-volume caseloads with precision and skill.
Today, Suzanne’s practice focuses on civil litigation and client advocacy. Known for her ability to listen, connect, and solve problems, she treats every client like family—because at Seltzer Mayberg, that’s exactly what they are. Her background as a prosecutor gives her a strong foundation in litigation, while her life experience as a working mother gives her unmatched empathy and perspective.

Yaniv Nahon

Yaniv Nahon is a seasoned and versatile litigator with a strong track record of success in both criminal and civil courtrooms. Drawing on his early career as a Miami-Dade prosecutor and later as a civil defense attorney, Yaniv brings a deep understanding of trial advocacy and courtroom dynamics to every case he handles. His legal career has taken him from complex felony trials to high-stakes civil litigation, making him uniquely equipped to navigate challenging legal terrain on behalf of his clients.
In addition to his criminal and civil trial work, Yaniv has developed a robust immigration law practice, representing individuals and families across the country in both removal defense and affirmative petitions. He regularly advocates for clients facing deportation, guiding them through bond proceedings, cancellation of removal, and asylum claims. On the affirmative side, Yaniv assists clients with adjustment of status applications, family-based petitions, and other pathways to lawful permanent residence. His litigation background gives him a strategic edge in immigration court and before USCIS.
Throughout his career, Yaniv has tried dozens of cases to verdict, including misdemeanors and felonies, and has litigated civil matters involving medical malpractice, premises liability, product liability, and complex business transactions. Notably, he defended a corporate entity in a multi-million dollar products liability trial, resulting in a verdict of no liability, and represented a Florida university in a high-profile premises liability case involving a double homicide.
Outside the courtroom, Yaniv is an avid scuba diver and enjoys spending time with his family and his dog. A proud supporter of South Florida sports, he follows the Miami Heat, Florida Panthers, Inter Miami, and the Miami Dolphins with enthusiasm, even when the Dolphins regularly disappoint him.
